Seems like more and more these days new Pop-acts show up on our screens, but to ultimately disappoint because they lack that little thing called talent. The truth is a harsh reality folks. Luckily, every once in a while an act catches our eye and we can feel something good coming our way. Fifth Harmony is catching our eye and we think you will see it too after watching their performance from last night!
We didn’t expect the level of talent and pure charisma these ladies threw our way. The have the voices to back up their potential and we are super stoked to see where their path leads.
We had the perfect seating for the show, front row VIP. Opening for 5H was a boy by the name Jackson Guthy, he was half decent. To be honest, the reason we went was to see Fifth Harmony.
Fifth Harmony was technically opening for Cher Lloyd, but we just aren’t feeling her at the moment. Something isn’t working for us,we can’t quite pinpoint it but when she speaks we get the feeling as if she thinks she is above all us simple non-singer people. That is just the feeling we get and totally could be wrong. But back to the focus of our post and why we went to the show, Fifth Harmony. The group is made up of 5 beautiful girls; Allyson Hernandez, Normani Hamilton, Lauren Jauregui, Karla Cabello, and Dinah Hansen. They are set to release their debut EP “Better Together” on October 22 and while we wait, you can grab the single “Miss Movin’ On” on iTunes here.
One of our favorite moments of the show was when the girls took on the chart topper “Royals” by Lorde and slayed it. They gave justice to that song in a way only a harmonizing group of teen pop singers could.
All this talk and we know you want to see what we are talking about, well we included some footage of the girls from last night, performing the songs “Miss Movin’ On,” “Me and My Girls,” “Royals” Lorde Cover,”One Wish,” “Who Are You,” “Don’t Wanna Dance Alone,” and “Better Together“.
