So today via Twitter, the Dateline NBC account (See below) announced Lady Gaga’s next single and music video will be for the bop “G.U.Y.“, which comes off her latest album ARTPOP. So this is the official ditching of promoting “Do What U Want” as a single… That’s what happens when no video, obviously behind the scenes drama, and unclear direction affect a promotion.
The music video was filmed in February at the famous Hearst Castle in California and is set to premiere on NBC at 8/7c. This track is a bop, its hot, it’s just so freaking good. Written by Gaga and Zedd, who also produced the track, we knew this single would be hot.
