Take a look at the latest promotion of Lana Del Rey‘s latest album ‘Ultraviolence‘, with the music video for her title single “Ultraviolence“. The video is what we would expect from Lana, it’s retro realness and old-time film feel stay with her style. I would have prefered something more like her last video for “Shades of Cool” here. I’m a LDR fan and this fits just the way I would want for the melodramatic track. The video for “Ultraviolence”, takes you along with Lana as she wears what looks like a wedding dress and smiles awkwardly at the camera. Some how this seems to always work for the emo goddess. What do you think? I think this is referencing Lana’s love for romance and something she confirmed several weeks back in her interview with Fader.com. Del Rey said:
“I had a seven-year relationship with the head of this label, and he was a huge inspiration to me. I’ll tell you later when more people know. He never signed me, but he was like my muse, the love of my life.”
What do you think? Either way, watch the video below and be sure to download your copy of the single or full album ‘Ultraviolence‘ on iTunes here: Smarturl.it/Ultraviolence
