FAYE – “Water Against The Rocks”

We found ourselves another Swedish Pop dream, FAYE. Originally a member of Swedish girl band Play who has just launched her solo career. We like this move, because the new single she released titled “Water Against The Rocks” is totally what we are into right now.

Take a listen. We love the song, but aren’t too crazy about the video.

The video is simple and emotion filled, but for a debut single, it seems a little too contrived. As if they are trying to give her the “I’m so indie” feel as an artist. I mean she did just come from a girl group, so how indie can she really be?

Regardless we love her, you will too.
